Personal Development and Life Skills - Sense of Self and Building Connections

Summary: Palestine, Denmark and Brazil. Explore children's bedrooms around the world, finding out a little about each individual child in the process and thinking about what they might have in common. The main activity involves drawing or making a model of their bedroom. We explore themes such as family and identity.

Summary: Finland. Visit three dinner times in three different households in Finland.

Travel and Transport

Lesson: Let’s go!

Summary: Philippines, Hong Kong and Netherlands. Explore different kinds of vehicles and get the chance to experience what it would be like to ride on some of them in 360 degrees! An experiential lesson where children get the chance to see what it might be like to ride different vehicles. An optional activity involves designing and, if appropriate, making their own vehicle.

Animals and the Environment

Summary: United States. We'll visit the Aquarium in San Francisco and experience some ocean themed sensory activities.

Summary: Denmark, Turkey and Russia. We will meet 3 different animals and their owners/ carers. We explore themes such as: the relationship between humans and animals and responsible pet ownership. Optional activity involves designing a poster, telling people how to look after their chosen animal.
