We will be making some tweaks to our Terms and Conditions of Service on 6th January 2026.
What’s changing?
Here's a brief overview of what we're changing:
we've reworded a few clauses to clarify them without changing the substance;
we've updated some of the language now that we offer short access courses as well as annual subscriptions;
we'e added a guarantee of service throughout pre-paid subscriptions;
we've clarified who is responsible for payment should a school leave a multi academy trust part way through a multi-year agreement;
we've explained what happens if pupil numbers associated with a subscription change part way through a multi-year agreement;
we've added a new clause to explain the payment schedule when a subscription is agreed with a new customer that begins later than in the current academic term;
we've added a statement explaining that we take a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment of our team and the actions we would take if that were ever to happen.

How to accept the updated terms?
By continuing to use the Lyfta platform on or after 6th January, you and your organisation will be accepting the updated terms.
