Clearing Chrome browser cache on a Mac or PC

Easy steps to clear your browser cache and resolve most common issues.

On a Mac


1. On your computer, open Chrome


2. At the top right, click the Menu button, 'three stacked dots'


3. Click More tools > Clear browsing data

or simply use the shortcut to get straight to the window below:


4. Select "Cached images and files"


5. Click Clear data.

Note: If clearing caches has not resolved your issue please repeat the steps and add "Cookies and other site data" to the selection to resolve issues related to your account. Please note this could log you out of any other site open on your browser.

On PC


1. On your computer, open Chrome


2. At the top right, click the Menu button, 'three stacked dots'


3. Click More tools > Clear browsing data

or simply use the shortcut to get straight to the window below:


4. Select "Cached images and files"


5. Click Clear Browsing Data data.
