1. Click on the 'Lyfta globe' icon on the left side menu at teacher.lyfta.com

2. This will open the Lyfta globe on a new internet tab where you can click on the 'Select a Lyfta quest' icon on the left side

3. Select and launch any lesson that is already active by clicking on the red lesson icon
